Tuna Salad with Olives and Green Goddess Dressing

WHOLE30 PANTRY TUNA SALAD

Yield: 3 to 4 servings
Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

2 (5-ounce) cans chunk albacore tuna in water, drained
¼ cup Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Avocado Oil Dressing & Marinade
¼ cup sliced kalamata olives
2 to 3 tablespoons Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo
Freshly ground pepper
Bibb lettuce, for serving

Optional additions:
Chopped parsley
Thinly sliced green onions
Chopped dill or minced chives

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl (along with any optional additions you’re using) and gently mix together. Spoon into lettuce leaves before serving.
