Drinking Chocolate 3 Ways

From a classic, two-ingredient sip to a mug with plenty of kick from Mexican spices, every option uses drinking chocolate made with pure cacao that’s sourced from organic farms, minimally processed, and retains nutrients like cacao fat and fiber. The recipes are perfect for one, so double or triple them if you’re planning to share!

Original Drinking Chocolate

Yield: 1 serving
Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
¼ cup hot unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons Cacoco Drinking Chocolate

Instructions:
Place all ingredients a blender and purée until frothy. Pour into a mug and serve.


Mexican Hot Chocolate

Yield: 1 serving
Active Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup hot unsweetened almond milk
3 tablespoons Cacoco Drinking Chocolate
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch of sea salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
Whipped coconut cream
Ground nutmeg, for garnish

Instructions:
Place all ingredients a blender and purée until frothy; pour into a mug. Garnish with a dollop of whipped coconut and sprinkle of nutmeg.


Dark Chocolate Raspberry Mousse

Yield: 4 servings
Active Time: 5 minutes
Total time: 8 hours and 5 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¾ cup Cacoco Drinking Chocolate
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup raspberries, plus more for topping
Coconut whipped cream

Instructions:
Place almond milk, drinking chocolate, salt, and ½ cup raspberries in a blender; purée until frothy. Pour into serving bowls and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, top with a dollop of coconut whipped cream and garnish with raspberries.
